General terms

All prices below include up to 4 hours pre event requirement gathering and preparation, and include 1 hour follow up Q&A

All prices exclude travel and accommodation expenses (minimal in the London area), and exclude venue and refreshments (usually supplied by the customer).

A training day is usually 9.00 to 17.30, longer on residential courses. A consulting day is usually considerably shorter, but often includes a little more follow up

All training prices are for delivery to up to 12 people. Two-day courses start on a Wednesday. Four-day courses start on a Tuesday.

Training with  up to 12 copies of materials retained by the customer

£1,900.

 

Training with no materials retained (only transient presentation of power point slides)

£900.

 

Consulting

£750.

 

There is no charge for cancellation on either side.

 

 

 

The supplier is Avancier Limited.

The supplier shall use standard training materials without modification.

The supplier shall organise the delivery of printed materials to the venue.

The supplier’s tutor shall direct the course and answer student questions wherever possible.

The tutor may change the content and timing of the course in the light of events.

The tutor shall be able to leave home after 17.00 on the day before the course, and return home on the last day of the course.

 

The customer is <xxx>

The customer shall organize and pay for the provision of training facilities.

The customer shall organize and pay for accommodation for the tutor.

The customer shall ensure there is suitable accommodation for students.

Training facilities shall include a suitable training room with screen, projection system, two flip chart stands with pens and two “syndicate group” rooms for case study work.

The customer shall organize and pay for the provision at the training venue of lunches and refreshments for all tutors and students.

The customer shall pay tutor expenses that include all travel, board and lodging costs, and incidentals at the venue (e.g. internet access, if it is needed).

The customer shall invite no more than 12 students.

The students shall meet the criteria for attendance.

The students will be ready and able to work from 09.00 to 19.00 hours, with an earlier finish on the last day.

The students shall accept any changes the tutor makes to the content and timing of the training.

The students shall be happy for the course to be presented in English.
