In
2007, after AM was generalized for public use, a new and open user community
was formed to include delegates on training courses, and others in the
network of architects who look to the web site and AM for methodology
guidance. At
the time of writing, there are about 80 trained users and about 50
self-instructed users. Email to join the
network of architects, analysts and designers in the user group who view
updates and feedback experience. At
the time of writing, communication is largely via email. There
is a news letter every 3 months or so. We are looking to extend the web-site
to capture feedback in the public domain, but need first to be sure we can
manage the feedback gathered and control abuse of whatever mechanism we set
up. |
AM
grew out of the architecture development method used by a community of about
hundred Atos Origin architects, most but not all in the The
concepts in AM are mapped to the concepts in Atos Origin standards so closely
that users of one can be viewed as users of the other. Atos
Origin architects have their own internal community. See
our February 2008 News Letter for an explanation of how Atos Origin architect
training contains AM training. |

users join various communities of architects. There are many to found on the
internet. AM
is sometimes extended with the conclusions of discussions in such
communities, especially those at ITtoolbox. |
